If you have booked a meet and greet service, we will meet you outside your destination. Our driver will be easy to spot, with branded cars. With station meet and greets, our driver will wait near to the platforms in an easy to spot location, again they will be in a branded vehicle. We will always offer to help with your luggage if you would like us to.
Yes of course. When you book, simply let us know the details of your collection points in the notes section, and we will quote accordingly for any number of pick-ups you require.
Dependant on the amount of notice, in most cases we should be able to reschedule your ride, providing we have availability for the new time/date.
We are based in Kettering, so for daily taxi collections and local pickups we collect and drop off in Kettering and the surrounding areas, including Northampton and the Corby. In addition to local pick ups and drop offs, we also offer country wide airport transfers and station meet and greet services.
